To order marc4media records, a one-time registration is required in order to establish a profile for your organization. Upon completion, you will receive a unique PROFILE ID to be quoted whenever anyone from your organization places orders, or contacts our office. 

If there is a possibility that your organization may already have a profile established you may confirm this by performing a lookup.

With your organization's PROFILE ID, orders may be placed by email, facsimile, or regular mail. Simply submit your list of titles to our office, being sure to include the following important information:

• Your organization's unique PROFILE ID
• Your payment information – VISA or MasterCard (include expiry date) or Purchase Order Number.
• A list of titles, distributors, and copyright dates (if available)

Marc4media records are priced at $2.00 each, if the distributor is noted on our list, and $4.00 each otherwise. Shipping and handling is $5.00 per order. For orders of greater than 500 records, please contact our office to discuss our volume discount policy.

In calculating the number of marc4media records for your order, consider the number of physical items involved. If there are four programs on one videocassette, for example, only one record is required for that item. If there are several components to a kit, but all the components are in one box, only one marc4media record is required to describe the kit. Generally, each item that has or will receive a barcode requires a marc4media record.

Our agreement with School Districts includes a one-time use in a District Union catalog. If you plan to distribute marc4media to multiple sites, that use various automation systems, Distribution Rights must be acquired. Please contact our office to acquire distribution rights for your marc4media records.
