If you require barcodes and spine labels, as well as MARC records, please complete a Profile Form  giving us full information about your personal choices. We can include your local holding information in each MARC record and also provide barcode and spine labels. The cost for this service is $2.75 per title (including the MARC record).

Along with your PO, a list of  titles, distributors, and copyright dates will be required (Word Document or Excel spreadsheet) and, of course, a barcode range.

If you do not have personnel to apply all the labels, you may consider outsourcing through marc4media.  Some media distributors on our list provide shelf-ready processing for new orders. The orders are sent to us to apply all labels and prepare the MARC database.  Then the shelf-ready items are reshipped to your school. Check with our suppliers regarding pricing for this service.
